Sixth Form
At South Nottinghamshire Academy, we offer all our students an outstanding sixth form education characterised by academic excellence, outstanding learning experiences and extensive enrichment opportunities. High expectations combined with the dedicated support of specialist tutors, teachers and careers advisers ensure that students, whatever their individual needs, can develop self-confidence, fulfil their potential and realise their aspirations. Students leave us ready to assume their responsibilities as young adults and prepared to embrace further exciting opportunities.
Students in the sixth form are mature and focussed. They act as role models for younger pupils.

I like the flexibility around how you use free periods alongside the structure of lessons.

What we really like about this Sixth form is the freedom that allows us to feel like adults. There are so many opportunities here, and I have been given so much support in improving my study habits. Staff really care about personal development and the well-being of students.

SNA Festive Food Bank Collection – Help Us Support Clifton Foodbank! As part of the Redhill Academy Trust Festive Food Bank Collection, we are collecting donations to support Clifton Foodbank this December. Please bring your contributions to school by Friday 12th December. The collection point is your tutor room. Why it matters: Clifton Foodbank opened in 2012 and has been a lifeline for local families ever since. Last year, they provided 2,504 people with 3-day emergency food parcels. December is their busiest month, as families face the heart breaking choice between eating and heating. Your donations will make a real difference to families in need during the festive season. Thank you for your generosity! #TheSNAWay @Head_SNA #RHFestiveFoodBank
