The aim is to help you gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the world of work and all that it entails, whilst developing essential skills, which are transferrable to apprenticeships, university and other wider experiences.
The following documents will help parents, carers and employers understand the SNA work experience programme. Each year, our Careers Practioner, Mrs Caunt, sources a directory of placements for students to consider, but please be aware that own placements can be onboarded.
Employers must confirm that they have Employers' Liability Insurance or be willing to obtain it. They must also be Health and Safety checked before the placement can go ahead.
